Abstract

The work force in August 2018 was 1,248,212 people, an increase of 47,607 people (3.97 percent) compared to August 2017 and a decrease of 38,411 people (-2.99 percent) compared to February 2018
The population working in Southeast Sulawesi in August 2018 was 1,207,488 people, an increase of 46,514 people (4.01 percent) compared to August 2017 and reduced by 43,241 people (-3.46 percent) compared to February 2018
The August 2018 Work Force Participation Rate (TPAK) amounted to 69.78 percent, up 1.08 percentage points compared to August 2017 and down 2.98 percentage points compared to February 2018.
The August 2018 Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) was 3.26 percent, down 0.04 points compared to August 2017 and up 0.47 points compared to February 2018.
